  My loan closing went as smoothly and easily as I ever could expected. It took only 3 weeks to close our loan. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, makes the whole process simple to understand. He replies my emails in the same day too ! It made our home buying a very pleasant experience. I would definitely work with Mark again !

  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone! He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He and his employees answered all of my questions and explained them well and in details, being a first time buyer! I never felt pressured. He was always reachable and professional. I really enjoyed working with him. I closed my loan last month with very competitive rate, and I liked that too! Do not hesitate to use Mark for your mortgage needs.

  Really poor service, and the assistants helping Mark are not knowledgeable. Oh, and be prepared to send documents again and again, since they don't seem to understand or care what you sent earlier. A few months go by, and you'll still be where you started. There are many other options for getting your mortgage taken care of, please do not go with this company.

  Stay away from Mark! Classic bait and switch company.!!! Mark quoted me the best rate and I gave my consent to start the paperwork. I submitted the loan application and a bunch of other documents for the following 3 weeks. Whenever I asked if my loan is approved or not, I get the standard answer they are reviewing it. Then, one week before the closing, he told me that rates have gone up citing volatile stock markets and that my new rate is 0.5% higher than the rate I agreed to. With barely one week left, I had no choice but to accept the higher rate. He should have locked the rate when I accepted his rate in the beginning. He never told me that he didn't lock the rate. To make me feel better, he offered some discount in closing costs. It was clear to me that he was unethical and his business practices were shady. Please save yourself from a lot of stress and pain by staying away from this guy!

  My loan is very complicated as I am a self-employee. My credit score is not good for the best rate for 30 year loan. But Mark did not raise my rate and still provide me the best rate. Mark and his office had worked very hard to close my loan on time. Good job!!!

  Very poor service . Mark was very rude and unprofessional . He tells me , “ you will work my way , I wouldn’t work your way “. Mark, had a Very bad attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this guy or this company . He charges $375 even before he gives us a good faith estimate and checks for eligibility of loan. Think twice before you work with him

  Mark help me to close my first home mortgage 18 years ago and did two time refinances for me also. I referred my son to Mark. My son is very pleased and grateful for the service Mark provided. I would recommend Mark to anyone.

  Worked with Mark and Julie twice. Good rates and didn't have any issues. Hard to reach Mark over the phone but does prompt respond back to the emails. Will work with him again.

  Good service and Excellent rates. Lisa went above and beyond to get the loan approved. Relatively quick approval to closing, if you have good credit and documents ready, closing can be completed in 3 weeks.
