      Absolutely wonderful customer service! I had to get paperwork notorized, and the lady who helped was so nice! She even mailed my paperwork for me!       They have the best customer service and they have always treated me with dignity and respect regardless of my financial situation. The employees at APCU go above and beyond for their members. I've been there for over 10 years and am 100% satisfied .

      So hard to get through by phone!. Waited 23 min on hold the first time, left a message and received no call back. Second time I waited 14 min and left another message.. still no call back.

      Affinity plus needs to be more available for phone calls. Every time i call i end up sitting on hold for over 20 minutes each time.
