  Affinity has been fabulous to work with over the past 14 years! I first went to them to purchase my home when rates at my former bank (WF) were outrageous and have been a loyal customer ever since. I like that they look at the whole picture not just my credit score. When my car unexpectedly kicked the bucket in 2020, I was able to call, get pre-approved and found/purchased my car in 48 hours. The few times there have been errors I was able to connect, explain what happened and they fixed the issue. Thanks for being a customer centered bank!!!

  My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a truck from a private seller, something new to us as we usually go through dealerships. Though we live in Rochester we had the pleasure of working with Ashley Anderson through our loan process and to say she's great at her job would be an understatement. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and so very patient with us. She made it point to stay in close contact with us throughout the process and answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to assist in getting the documents we needed to process the loan. In a world where it feels like customer service is a thing of the past, Ashley renewed our hope that there are employees out there that still care about the job they do and the people they help. It's quite obvious Ashley takes pride in her work and strives to deliver the best customer service possible. Bemidji Affinity Plus, you have quite a gem working for you there, make sure she's appreciated and retained for years to come.

  Positive experience every time. Highly recommend. Worth noting however, their business services are extremely slow. Example, new bank account, credit card.

  JULEE PAULSETH single handedly saved our dogs life today... in 10 SECONDS she was already transferring the money we needed down into my account after HOURS of fighting with the Mission vet hospital in Edin Prarie! our dog needed an emergency surgery & we told them we wouldn't leave until we got the money for our dog & they still wouldn't work on him! at a last resort I called my bank Affinity Plus & she didn't rub it in my face what loans I have or my credit. or anything! she acted as a human & prayed that our little Arlow was okay 😭 & THAT is the reason I bank with Affinity Plus! they have ALWAYS helped me when I needed them the most! ALWAYS!

  This place is awesome aside from the fact that Spenser Larson works there… she talks about people’s accounts out side of work and puts her huge nose where it doesn’t belong! I recommend this credit union but don’t go in her line… she will mess something up for sure!

  Thank you Affinity for always helping me out when I need it most! They’ve been able to take on my debt from my other bank and reduced my interest! Anthony was fantastic to work with for my recent Auto loan- he was on the ball 100% of the time and made the process easy for me (even in the stressful situation that it was-with my car broken down and needing to find another one quickly.) I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you guys!! THANK YOU!!

  **Update** After some frustration someone finally contacted me about my application. They have been assisting with getting things handled in a timely manner and were very thorough this time with explaining exactly what I needed to do to get the service I was looking for. I am currently still working with them

  Previously I had banked with Fargo, but I am glad that I switched to Affinity Plus. The rates are good and they are always reasonable. The building looks great and is relaxing to be in. The only downsides are that they use foam cups for the coffee and on occasion the people in the drive through can be rude. Overall though Affinity Plus is great!

  Wait time is a little long, BUT they are very good to customers & helpful with any questions. Banking is fairly easy with the app & easy to make payments with to credit & loans.

  Charged fees that should not have been charged, overdraft fees when there was plenty of money in the account. The people are not very friendly nor are they helpful. Their website and mobile apps are a joke. I have an excellent credit score, stable income (same employer for almost 20 years), and I've been a member of the credit union since 1995 and I still have trouble getting a loan through them. Switched to USAA and couldn't be happier.
