  The team at Affinity is top notch. From the time I started the process, they were very helpful. They did an excellent job finding me the lowest interest rate and moving the application along quickly. Even when we had a couple hiccups (on my end) during the closing, they went above and beyond to work with the underwriters and get the issue resolved quickly. This is where I was most impressed. Their efforts saved me from having to restart the process and lose my lower rate. Like I said before, they are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking to finance a house knowing you have the best team on your side.

  Affinity lending went above and beyond on our refinance experience. They made sure we completely understood every step of the way and how we can better ourselves financially in the future.   Brandon and his team got our crazy quick close done even when we had a hiccup less than 24 hours before closing. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We will be working with them again and would refer them to anyone needing assistance!

  Brandon, Clint, and his entire team are incredible. We absolutely could not have gotten the house without their help. We started the process right before the pandemic hit and through all the insanity Affinity Lending worked diligently to get us a home loan with the best rates and programs that works for my family. Brandon and Clint helped explain and work through every step of the process so I fully understood what was going on and what needed to be done at all times. They worked until the last day ensuring the loan package they delivered was truly in my best interest. They are fantastic.

  Affinity Lending was excellent in the refinance of our house. They got us a great interest rate. During the process, they kept us informed and gave us plenty of notice as to what we needed to provide so we weren’t running crazy at the last minute. The mortgage company they used has been good to work with. I have recommended Affinity Lending to others who are looking to refinance.

  The timing of Brandon's flyer in our mailbox in October of 2018 couldn't have been better. He helped us refinance our home in Topeka and help get us on a path to more financial freedom. Since then we've reached out to Brandon to purchase a new home in Johnson County, KS as well as take advantage of lower interest rates by refinancing. Each time Brandon and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of, that all our questions are answered, and that we come out on top.   We have used Affinity Lending twice within the past few years and have nothing but good things to say. We dealt with Brandon and Clint both times and would highly recommend them. They were friendly, professional and very good and returning calls. Our loan closed quickly without any difficulties.   Brandon and his team were outstanding!! We had tried to refinance with the bank that held our mortgage and after 4 months had gotten nowhere, the Affinity team got everything done in 2 weeks. They more than exceeded our expectations and also helped us create a financial plan for the future. The service didn’t stop after all the paperwork was signed, I had a questions weeks after the process and Brandon replied to my email and also called me with in 30 minutes of receiving it.
