  Getting a mortgage can be stressful, but once Todd Rovinsky told us we qualified, we were confident it would just be a matter of supplying all of the required documentation. The seller was in a rush to close and we were in the process of selling another property and he did a fantastic job us letting us know what was was required and keeping us informed of the progress. We encountered several hurdles along the way, but easily cleared them and closed on time, at a an awesome rate. Thanks Todd.

  Mickey Perulli...what can I say? He told us he would make it happen and it did! Just moved into our dream home this past weekend , just in time for our 2nd wedding anniversary today..8/24...He guided us and went way beyond expectations to get here.   There is no other mortgage officer one should use! Mike couldn't have been more helpful from the start. Everything was made so simple and easy to complete this mortgage. Wouldn't use anyone else ever again. He is absolutely a superstar in the game that can get so complicated making sure everything went as smooth as it could.   Worked with Jay Maul to refinance our primary home from a USDA loan to a 30 year conventional note. As a Business Banker for TD Bank I had very high expectations and Jay did his best. He was very responsive even on weekends, and proved to me that he was my friend, not just a broker. I referred him my mother-in-law and we will likely be purchasing another property in the future.
