  Working with Jay was amazing. He was always there at ANY minute to answer questions, offer guidance, and to chat through anything top of mind for us. We bought our second home with Jay and of course had many questions. Jay thoroughly answered any question we had, no matter how silly it was. He made the process so easy and less daunting.   We're grateful we were able to partner with Nick on successfully purchasing a second home in Ocean Grove in a very competitive seller's markets. Nick gave us the option to close in less than 40 days, which really made our offer stand out. He stayed on top of things throughout the process, made it clear which documents we needed, and even add a personalized note in our approval letter that mentioned his experience in the Ocean Grove market. Would recommend his services to anyone purchasing a home on the Jersey Shore.

  Super smooth loan process. The loan officer would be available even during weekends when I needed a pre-approval letter. They really pulled thru when I needed them the most. Highly recommended.
