  It is rare, unfortunately, to see someone take so much pride and make so much sacrifice in their work these days. Rocco has not only exceeded our needs to attain a mortgage in this complex market, but has become a friend throughout the process. We are in our new home and thriving!   Rocco is the best in the business. What a great guy to work with during a very tedious process. When money is involved things get a little overwhelming, but Rocco has the ability to simplify it so you know why or why he is not doing things a certain way. I would recommend to anyone.
