  I've never really been into giving reviews on establishments but I had to this 1 time. Ms T and her crew are awesome. Especially Big Dog. They helped me out when I needed my bank statement & I knew nothing about going on line to get it. They were very helpful never got aggravated by how long I was taking. We laughed & joked. All around good people.

  I did not have all my documents together but I tell you Charlotte worked with on this Saturday morning and got me together, it was a blessing having her here on this day thank you Charlotte I appreciate you.

  Charlotte did an awesome job assisting with getting all the info needed for the application. Even when i didnt have all the info with me, she assisted me in getting everything needed. The process took a little while, however she was very pleasant and helpful.

  Today was my first time at Advance Loans and the customer service that I received was great. No long lines, no employees with bad attitudes, and plenty of parking space. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Michaela. She made sure that I understood in full detail about what was required to obtain a payday loan. Her customer service skills are truly without a doubt the best and I recommend that you see her if you’re planning on going to that location. This location deserves 5+ stars in my book.
