  The ladies working at Advanced America really go above and beyond! I have been a customer for awhile, have paid and re-borrowed loans for a couple years. Today when I went in there was a system update that wasn't approving my loan and didn't list a reason why. Stacy took the time to make sure the issue was resolved and called me promptly saying I would be able to go ahead with my new loan. Exceptional customer service! Thank you ladies!!

  The two wonderful women working there are Awesome! Everytime I come in they have me up in the system ready to go before I even get to the counter! Very professional always repeating the terms of service back even though I'm a long time customer. I know cash advances get a bad reputation but sometimes things come up. I would definitely recommend this place. Again thank you P&S for your great customer service and making me feel welcome every time.

  The service was excellent and Jill was very polite and professional She was able to guide me through the process and made sure that I didn't have any questions and that I was good to go .The. Amount I borrowed the pay back interest wasn't that bad either

  I have tried so many other loan places and Advance America was the only one that worked with me. Stacey, Shayne and Sarah have made me feel like family. They have always been professional and always fixed your problems that you have (personal or professional). Even if they see that I look like I am having a bad day, they just know how to cheer you up. I will always come here.

  Stacy, Sarah, and Shayne are very friendly. Unfortunately my family has needed several loans to get us over hard times but Advance America always had our back. One occasion they stayed open a few minutes late to prevent my husband from incurring a fee on a loan he didnt need to take back out. Very accommodating and understanding associates.

  I had an amazing experience with Sarah. She was very nice, respectful, friendly, and courteous. Best management experience I’ve ever had. Also the place was very clean and nice. Definitely will be going back.

  I have been coming here for 6 years for the times when I need a loan. While I am much closer to other lenders (including another Advance America) I choose to come into the Florence office because everytime I am in there Shaney and Stacy are very friendly and treat me like I am a valued and appreciated customer and not a number on a balance sheet
