  Where to begin... So prior to working with Adam my wife and I worked with 3 other lenders. Now, this whole situation now-a-days can be very tricky. But without writing 2 pages worth on craziness, and trust me I easily could, not one of those lenders as thorough and knowledgeable as Adam. I have a good credit score but my wife was lower than most would like. Adam told us what we had to do and we did what he said. I understand it takes time to build trust but trusting Adam came naturally and paid off BIG TIME!!! My 2 kids and wife now have a $300k+ home thanks to his knowledgeable and direction. We did everything he told us to do. And to be honest, at times it seemed like all hope was lost but Adam reassured us and yet again gave us direction and here I am with a BRAND NEW HOME for me and my family. We could not have done it without Adam. If u are ready to do what needs to be done to better your life, listen to Adam....

  Adam and his team were awesome to work with. Getting a loan on my first home came with a lot of unknowns and Adam was able to guide me through the process and teach me what I needed to know to make it through closing. Working with him was easy, he is very easy to get in touch with and he communicated with me constantly to keep me up to date on the process. I really appreciate everything this team did to make buying my first home as stress-less as possible. We had no hold ups or delays, just smooth rolling!

  Adam was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. So knowledgeable and attentive. In this market (honestly any market) it is so crucial and beneficial to have the lender ready and available to answer any questions for not only the seller's agent but for the buyer's agent as well. I cannot say enough great things about my experience in working with Adam. I have happily and confidently referred him several times.

  Adam is truly a blessing. I had dealt with three lenders before coming to Adam (I came to Adam after already putting an offer on a home) he not only got me a great rate and explained all the closing costs and process but out of every lender I worked with he was the only one that notified me of issues I had to resolve before I would could get approval, substantial issues that every other lender neglected to inform me of. He helped me raise my credit score with the tools he has and he answered emails, texts, and calls immediately and was always willing to explain any questions I had (I had alot). He made the lending process easy and when it came to close everything went smoothly and we got our keys within 30 minutes of signing. Adam genuinely cares about the people he works with and it shows. I recommend Adam to anyone and everyone, he's real, honest and doesn't make you feel intimated to take the first step. If you're looking to buy a home I recommend choosing Adam, you will not be disappointed.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Adam twice—first on my original mortgage and again on a refinance. He was always super responsive and walked me through every step. Adam really went above and beyond on the refi. The underwriting took longer than expected because of Covid and some other extenuating circumstances, but Adam took extra steps to make sure my rate stayed locked in even though rates had risen. As a service provider myself, my expectations are quite high. Adam is a consummate professional and takes great care of his clients. I highly recommend him.

  Adam is as thorough and helpful as you can hope for in someone helping you go through a refinance. He and I had several discussions as we went through the process of application, pre-approval, approval, reviewing paperwork, and through the final signing. He was able to recognize potential trouble-spots and helped us navigate all the potential pitfalls, to get to the best possible outcome. No two ways about it, Adam knows his stuff. He knows the process from start to finish. I would and will highly recommend Adam to help anyone get through the process of both buying and refinancing a home. If you're like me, you enter into this process with much trepidation. After one phone call with Adam, not only was any anxiousness gone, but more importantly, I knew that I was going to be proceeding with someone who knew what they were talking about, wasn't spewing BS, and who would help us have the best outcome possible. I'd 100% go through this process again with Adam.

  Adam was great to work with! He helped us to close quickly and efficiently, and the whole process went very smoothly. He was very easy to stay in contact with and prompt about returning calls/texts. I also appreciated his help with rate locking and how he followed up through the mortgage servicer transfer.

  I began my loan process with WF bank and had the absolute worst customer experience. A co-worker gave me Adam’s contact information and I reached out to him. He is exactly what I was searching for: experience, honesty, and transparency throughout this process. He’s not a rookie in this line of work and I felt comfort knowing he knew what he was doing.   I have used Adam for many years and never have I nor my clients been disappointed. He stays consistently on top of his files and gives alerts to clients as well as agent weekly or daily as needed till closing. I find his vase knowledge of understanding each clients needs and to be able to direct them in the correct path to obtain a loan is fantastic! He explains each step-by-step process of a loan to make sure the client is comfortable to go forward. He stands beside his clients thru the time of funding
