  Pretty nice seems a bit pricey on some of the firearms and the younger guy seemed bothered by ne asking questions and to look at them but the older guy seemed to be more friendly and open to conversation overall a pretty good experience I'm mostly happy with my purchase

  BUYER BEWARE If I could give this place a zero star I would I went in to get a movie for my daughter and the movie did not work they refuse to give me my $2 back then when I went in and couldn't find anything for 2 he threw $2 in dimes at me told me I could have my $2 back and put the movie that does not work right back up on the shelf and it's going to try to sell it again. So they are knowingly selling things that do not work and will not give you your money back. Until they finally get mad enough and throw your money back at you in dimes.

  Ma'am we have a posted store policy that we do not offer cash refunds. I never once raised my voice to you or got confrontational to you in any way (even though you did with me repeatedly). I offered you an exchange on the movie no problem. To which you very harshly declined. I reimbursed you the $2 in the end simply because life is too short to deal with confrontational people. It was not worth the headache over $2. As far as "throwing it at you in dimes". That is not an accurate statement and you know that. I paid you back your $2 with the same $2 dollars in dimes you initially paid me with when you bought the movie. That was the form you presented to me as payment so I presented the same form to you in return. I also set them on my counter in two neat stacks. I have video proof of this for anyone that wishes to see it. I find it hard to believe that someone would get so upset over a $2 movie. Especially when we offered an exchange for another movie. As far as putting it back on the shelf yes I did do that. We have learned that depending on brands and types of players they work in some and not in others. That was not worth debating with you at that moment though. I hope you can find someone else that can better fit your needs as a consumer. I apologize for an experience with us that was not ideal for you. If I could give one piece of advice it is "you can catch more bees with honey than you can vinegar." Your attitude towards me when I informed you that we would offer an exchange but not allow a refund was the issue. Have a good evening ma'am.

  I love going in here. They are very helpful and friendly people. Good selection of games and other items. Very fair price on their items. It is a place I can trust.

  Will not be going back to this place. My dad and I pawned our guns there and when we went to get them out one of them had some of the finish scratched off and the other had bad gouges in the butt and on my clip. I wouldn't send my dead dog here.

  Sir I apologize that you believe that your property was returned in any condition other than how you left it. I assure you that is not the case. Our vault is equipped with a dehumidifier, heat, and carpeted shelving to make sure that everything is taken care of as it should be. If your firearms had "gouges in the butt" and "finish scratched off" as you say then that is how they came in when they were originally pawned. In fact your guns weren’t even touched from between the day that they were pawned and the day that they were picked up. I realize this is a case of your word against mine. But I assure you and anyone else that pawns with us that we always take care of other people’s property just as if it was our own. I have never even one time in nearly 20 years been accused of damaging someone’s property other than now. Our record with other people’s property is nearly flawless. I hope you can manage to realize that your property was returned in the same condition that it was left and continue to do business with us. But if not then I wish you luck with your endeavors and have a good afternoon sir.

  I am wanting to know actual hours of the location in altus, Oklahoma? They have a great movie selection and game selection as well.

  I apologize sir that you don't agree with our pricing. We try to be as fair as we can be. Some people are willing to pay more and some are willing to pay less. We have been in business close to 20 years now and we usually don't have much trouble selling stuff. We are pretty straightforward with our pricing. We price stuff at a fair price for both us and the consumer. Some items are negotiable and some are not. We don't "pad" our prices like some stores that want to haggle. We put a straightforward price on most of our items that doesn't play games with our customers. Sometimes we can be a little more "business" mindset than some people care for. And judging by your feedback I believe I can safely say this is what you experienced. For that I apologize. I am not sure why you not being able to purchase an item at the price you wanted warrants a poor feedback but that is your opinion to have. I sincerely hope you have a good day and maybe pay us a visit again some time. We can't "make a deal" with everyone on everything. The next time you pick something out we may be more negotiable. Just depends on what the item is. How long we have had it. Etc etc.
