  Looking at a Nintendo Switch for my son, and mentioned to the lady I wished it wasn't pink. The guy from behind the counter, who wasn't even helping me says, 'Gender is a construct.' I didn't come to hear your beliefs and I had the decency to keep mine to myself. Is this a store where all should feel welcome to conduct business without having others beliefs pushed on them? Very unprofessional. Also, it's a pointless statement. Many things are a construct. Money is a construct. Society is a construct. And just like those two things, gender is a construct that I'm heavily invested in as a married father of two in the US.

  This Pawn Shop has really gone down hill to say the least. The employees do not have knowledge of what they are selling, arrogant and knowingly sell broken merchandise! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Go to Walmart and buy new and be able to return if need be! I have a Layaway there now and they can keep it! I won’t be back!

  If I’m trying to pawn something or sell something why ask for a receipt?! If I had the receipt I would take it back where I purchased it from really never again!

  I have been to all the pawn shops in town, Action Pawn is by far the best one. Staff was very friendly, everyone was laughing and joking around, very attentive to anything i had a question about. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here. They cut me amazing deals on all the items i purchased!

  I've bought 2 guns from them using their layaway program and couldn't be happier. They always have a nice selection and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I'll buy from them again

  I have done occasional business with Action Pawn in Ennis for over five years. I have found the manager, Barry; to be fair, honest and informative about value of items and legal ramifications of some items. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs money or wants to buy sn item at a discounted price.

  horrible customer service, employees are A holes and everything is marked at retail prices and they will not work on them at all. don't waste your time.

  Action Pawn in Ennis is the place you want to go ! The folks there are always helpful ! They've always been courteous and helpful everytime I stop in to shop.

  Terrible, I tried to pawn my laptop and the NAME OF THE COMPUTER didnt match my I.d so she couldn't take it. Does she not understand that is as basic as a profile picture? Ridiculous service will not be returning.
