      Recently had to close my checking account and reopen new account due to potential fraud involving my banking information. I met with Tina, manager and she was excellent. She was efficient and met with me the same day I called her. She was thorough and answered all my questions. I was pleased and relieved with excellent service!

      I usually go to the one here in York springs, but I love this bank. The ladies are always nice. And the pup loves it to. They always give her a treat when she's with me

      This bank is ridiculous. I've been banking here for almost 5 years and the last 6 months has been nothing but a headache. The customer service is horrible. I wouldnt recommend banking with them.

      Horrible hours and they switched my free checking account to one that I have to pay for without even asking me . I'm taking my business account to another bank that I can actually make it to after work in time before they close. Which is just about any other bank besides them.

      People are nice in the bank, very helpful, but I've run into numerous issues which have caused me to lose money. Their hours aren't the best either. I would recommend another bank

      worst experience! Opened a checking account was told about the 200 opening account bonus and then when it came to the time that they should give you the money they tell you something different to meet the qualifications!!! will be pulling my relationship and will never come back!!
