  I was happy with everything until the last loan we trying to get . We have paid more than one loan there our credit is just as good as it can be . It doesn't matter because everything is based on everyone that tries to get loans , history of the actual person applying for loan does not matter much. Before closing on loan they decide to change the terms of part of loan . How about letting people know at beginning of process! Then they can decide to go on with loan or look at other financial institutions. Nothing but waste of time. I do Not recommend this place to get Loans .

  The Paramount of an exceptional banking experience Not only starts at a bank but with someone who listens and shows great compassion and professionalism. I recieved the help i was hoping for as well as the guidance and direction one would hope for. With excellent timing to my situation.   This is now the 3rd day and I’m unable to use my card. It was compromised, was t called to be notified. My card was just not working. I call access and they assure me I’ll have a new debit card and the dispute form for pickup in the drive thru...neither one was ready for pickup. Day 2, I call back up and tell them there was nothing ready for pickup and due to their incompetence I’m without money for the second day, but was able to pickup my new card this evening. Day 3, my card is still getting declined and mind you we have plenty of money in the account, but any-who I call back up to access and they say it’s a code they “don’t get too often” and they have to call MasterCard to figure out what is going on. I’ll be at a job site all day...so day number 3 without any money. My fiancé and I have been great members. Never late on a payment, bring in other members for business, etc., this is unacceptable and may be looking elsewhere for business.

  They're not allowing me to use my debit card online. It's even being denied for an age verification. Access is not mother and shouldn't be able to decide on where i spent money and what I'm buying. It's mine of their business. I'm calling in the morning and let them have an earful. Fargin bastages.

  Yikes, now their tellers work with air pods in their ears 😬 Customer service is definitely not their strong point at Access.

  The people are nice enough to deal with but their technology is well below standard. No one seems to be able to fix an issue we have with electronic transfers and logging into the website is a hassle.
