You are never wondering with Paul, he communicates regularly and he is so competent that you can put yourself and your clients at ease in his hands.   As first time home buyers my husband and I were anxious and unsure about which mortgage lender to go with. After talking to a few other national chains, Charley at Academy Mortgage was suggested to us. There is no comparison.   Was not happy with the service. I was approved then covid, after that I was passed to a different agent in the company in which that agent eventually said that I could apply for loan on my own that I could do it faster than them. It has been a horrible experience with this company and will never recommend them. Im back at square 1 in home buying process after 8 months trying to work with academy mortgage company.
