  I want to thank Noel D Nelson for all his help and kindness he has shown me over the years of banking with Academy Bank. There needs to be more bank managers like him out there! Also thank you for always making sure my banking needs are met and always going above and beyond for your customers, I appreciate the services Noel and his branch provide me, always leaving me with a smile on my face and peace of mind knowing I can trust my bankers!

  Noel Nelson is the best banker to work with - from start to finish he made my HELOC loan so fast and easy. He is attentive- professional and truly enjoyable to work with.   Awesome customer service by Kimberli McKinsey. Very helpful young lady helped me with some unauthorized transactions , direct deposit and is very knowledgeable. Definitely surprised she’s not a manager went above and beyond! Keep it up 👍

  I recently engaged with Academy Bank for a service, and am extremely pleased. Noel, the person I worked with was kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their product. He set up our account in a very short period of time, and has since supported me after the fact, answering questions, and helping me to set up paperless features.   Working with Noel at Academy Bank is how I would imagine small-town banking from a century ago. I am greeted by name when I walk in. I get periodic phone calls from a banker I know asking how my projects are going. It is the opposite experience of the cog-in-a-wheel, machine-communication banking that is prevalent in our society. Highly recommended!

  I don't know who the branch manager is but, I do know that they all came to my rescue off East Colfax when my car broke down. They gave me water and let me hang out in the bank until my friend showed up and helped me tow my car. I was just in the bank yesterday and met one of the sweetest tellers on earth at this branch. They are always friendly here. Her name was Kymberli Mckinsey. She was very helpful as well. She explained to me my options for bank loans and a whole lot of other things, that I didn't know about my bank. I've been banking with Academy for 3 years now. Thanks Kim And Noel. I believe that was his name!!! Anyways, they are good people at this little branch.. customer Service is Excellent.
