  I'm giving the ladies at this branch 5 stars. The cons i would say would be that debit cards provided don't have tap to pay. There have also been times where the systems are down for prolonged periods which obviously is very inconvenient. I've been doing change orders, deposits, and banking with them for 4 years now, can't really complain too much :)

  Very upset with this bank for just shutting my card off because they thought they saw some suspicious usage on my debit card. It was me it was not suspicious. But the main reason I’m upset about this is because they need to text or call the person not just shut the card off when you have payments coming out the day that they shut it off. We’ve been with this bank for many many years but after this ordeal I’m talking to my husband about switching banks!!

  The ONLY reason I chose this bank was because of the extended hours of operation. For the past year or two they have continued to cut back their hours. Now they're barely open at all. The app update is a joke, and not even usable most days. Their services are expensive, and customer service sucks.

  The lady's at academy bank have always been helpful and understanding. Evey time I got an issue they 99% of the time can fix it .

  Since they updated the app with the "pending transaction", I have had nothing but issues. They also hard posted my insurance payment and when a 9.99 transaction was pending, the went ahead and changed it and kicked the insurance payment out and and took the 9.99 payment. My insurance comes out on the 1st and they rejected it on the 4th.
