  Concur with other reviews as to wait time. Of course they say it is due to Covid. Applied for credit card on line, & after a week trying to check on it. Said they had just emailed me today, they hadn't, but upon resending it it came through! Woman I spoke with was clueless. Told her I owned my home, and she wanted a copy of the lease agreement. Finally after several minutes of ridiculous responses, I told her to cancel the application. Have enough hassles without adding them to the mix.

  Not a customer friendly business. Want to reach them by phone, get a large cup of coffee so you don't fall asleep waiting for someone to answer. " Your call is important to us?" Really? 12 minutes. Hidden charges. Website change was awful, unable to link to Quicken. Changing banks.

  The call service center needs to be revamped. A customer asked me to try and call for them after repeated no answers after sitting on the line for 20 min on numerous attempts to try and call themselves all different days for weeks. This is unacceptable. There is no excuse. Why can't the employees answer their own phones at their own banks? Those here never have anyone inside and I've never seen more than one vehicle parked in their lot at a time. They have plenty of time.

  I’m so tired of dealing with Fort Knox Federal. Honestly they are a trash bank. From all the over draft fees (even tho I had money in my savings) to not depositing a check I got from my insurance company that I need for repairs. Once I pay off my LOC. I’m done with this bank.

  I have enjoyed every experience I have ever had. The lady I always deal with is always very helpful. I would recommend all my family and friends.

  I've been trying to get a hold of the bank for fore day now once and hour all ways bizy
