  0 stars, impossible to get in touch with. There is no customer service. Long waits ending in " we are too busy to deal with you now, call again another time". When you do they are still too busy. The tellers at the branch are very good, main office, not so good.

  Terrible customer service. Took 3 days to get in touch with someone about why I couldn't make a payment on my loan online with their new system. I literally had to call out of work just so I could be able to sit on hold all day long. Every time I called I got their third party answering service who couldn't help me with anything and they would transfer me to the actual location who never answered. Once I pay off this loan I will be leaving this bank. The low rates are not worth the aggravation.

  ZERO stars! They NEVER answer the phone. I mean never. There is no customer service whatsoever. Now, they are depositing my paycheck in the wrong account. I'm absolutely done. Not worth your time or aggravation. Find another bank.

  I wouldn’t recommend this bank if my life depend on it. WORSE BANK EVER! You are on hold more than you speak to people. They never have an answer for you what your asking, INCLUDING the manager (if they ever get on the phone). They’re unprofessional and untrained! When they say they’ll call you back with an answer, they never do. The list of why you shouldn’t bank with them is longer than god knows what. Please do not do business with them.

  No phone service at all--transfers ring, go unanswered and drop. Since the new system went in, I can't transfer money into ABCO to pay my VISA. Where's the banking information I had saved to my account? The new system is awful to look at.

  In-person experience at Glassboro branch has been awesome. 2 Stars - HORRIBLE phone services and customer care service. Customer service representatives are quick to hang up before you finish call.

  This has to be one of the worse banks I’ve banked with. I travel a lot and they’re always putting blocks on my card. Sometimes it takes deposits longer then they should to appear. Whenever you need a replacement card they can’t do it on site, it’s always gonna take at least a week to get it through the mail, such an inconvenience. There is no customer service on the weekends or past business hours. Smh. If you bank with ABCO I highly suggest you strictly use this account for their perks and have another bank account. Poor customer service overall.

  Love this office, these young ladies are the greatest. Dealing with a lot of different peoples personalities, they are always professional and very helpful. I look forward to walking in that office, seeing them once a month. Be glad when my debt is paid off, but I will still stop in to say hi to them.

  I've been bankong with Abco for almost 20 yrs. Not at all a fan of all the glitches and mistakes since the update to their system. Not sure who is doing their IT with this new system maybe China? Because it is a mess. One more mistake like the lastbone and I'm out!
