  Our move was a big one.... moving from Texas to PA was no small feat, and we went through so many houses that we liked and didn't like for whatever reason. It was certainly stressful and time consuming, but having Abacus on our side made it so much smoother than we anticipated. Once we finally settled on a home, they made the process extremely smooth and we were even able to move up our closing a few weeks which was amazing! Thanks so Andy and his team for a great experience. I will recommend them to everyone I know without a doubt!

  If you are buying a home, you MUST meet with Andy to shop for your mortgage. He gave us a wide variety of options to accomodate our needs and found us the best rates with local banks. We are so happy to no longer have a terrible mortgage with the banks 'too big to fail' yet stealing thousands of dollars from middle class home owners! Thanks, Andy and your entire team!

  Competent and knowledgeable. In a world full of order takers and yes men, Andy is a true professional. All I wanted in a mortgage broker was someone to tell me the truth. Andy told me the truth-TWICE. After being strung along by another broker for three months, Andy told me he couldn't get my loan done because I had another mortgage and had yet to file my tax returns. A year later, when I found the perfect home, Andy delivered as promised and got me a loan (fairly complex as I'm self-employed). Thanks Andy!

  I am sorry to write this review so late as I closed on "my house" in December 2017!!! It feels so good to say "my house"! As you can imagine buying a house, especially for the first time as in my case, can come with a few uncertainties. I was lucky to have such a great team and the ability to communicate one on one with Andy throughout the process! Any! questions I had; Andy took care of and helped guide my through the process. There was a point when I felt like I was doing something wrong because I though there was no way this can be this easy. Great Job Andy!! I will be coming back to you with any future needs! -Shawnn
