  Well, as most people know, if you happen to be in this neighborhood and go into ANY small business...Spanish is a MUST. Especiallyw hen you're dealing with money, you want to make sure that there isn't any miscommunication. Your first visit. you set up an account with their system, it's free. You give your social security number, address, and phone. Frequent visitors can be in and out in 3 minutes. They have MONEYgram and the ability to pay bills with CL&P, CNG, at&t, verizon, t-mobile, boost...etc. They also sell Avon and jewelery and perfumes. Next door is a liquor store that is also owned by the married couple who own the checkstop.The woman who works behind the counter is FAST and efficient. She knows how to make the line go shorter. Sometimes completing moneygram while cashing a check.... All in all 5 stars out of 5... Ok so now Im going to attempt to say something nice in spanish haha Me gusta esa tienda muy mucho. Si tienes un cheque para 40 doalres...solo cuesta un peso para process...Es el mejor check Cash in Hartford. Es rapido y servicios son muy bien! S.lee

  Its a bilingual place both spanish and english with fast service if the customers have everything out before hand and ready to go
