  Went in with my laptop I previously pawned with the establishment....and because I entered the wrong password the first time due to multiple different passwords on my laptops... I used the wrong one for the wrong laptop... I said give me a second n tried to enter the correct password the owner snatched my personal property from me and tried to say if I can't see you enter it I can't help you I said give me a second it could be the other password n he again tried to snatch it from me... Worst customer service and attitude possible... I picked my items up n took my business else where... Will never step foot in this establishment again after I retrieve the other items out of there

  horrible business owner ...sold me a product that lasted one day and refused to honor his warranty of 30 days basically robbed me of 250 dollars ..will never do business again...highly suggest no one else does either its not a surprise no one is ever at this shop
