  Stopped by without an appointment to inquire about account options. I was greeted by a very friendly team upon entering and sat down with McKenzie. McKenzie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the services offered by the credit union. I proceeded with opening an account and depositing funds. During the process I had many questions, after all you are handling some of my Financials but McKenzie was very patient and more than willing to assist. Such a wonderful team at 5point Credit Union and excellent service. Their interest rates on investment accounts are also very competitive. Stop by and say hi to McKenzie and look st your financial options, I think you will be very impressed.

  Created account online was accepted, went to nearest location to get debit card was told they had to cancel my account because I live more than 10miles from Conroe but I am not. When you search my address it shows either willis or conroe, tx and we pay utilities to City of Conroe. This was a waste of time and now I have to wait to get my money back from opening the account.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about the employees here. They have truly gone above and beyond with everything thing they do. I took a chance on a small credit union and it was the best decision ever!

  They offered me a credit card and years later I found out the card was collateral backed by my vehicle if that is not the definition of a loan shark I don’t know what is it’s just the point of why hide something like that no way would I have signed for a credit card they offered if it basically brought together another possession of mine

  Only bank I know that will send you two different statements balances then say it’s your fault your behind because you went off the wrong amount....yes you read that correctly

  They offered me a credit card then closed it with a balance on it now they’re literally ruining my credit
