      I do not like the way they operate their business. Having a teller on a screen on an ATM inside the bank was strange and not enjoyable! The kiosk was more frustrating than helpful. I either want to talk face to face to an agent or use the ATM without having to deal with a person in some room somewhere asking for my information... It was not personable.

      Only bank I know that will send you two different statements balances then say it’s your fault your behind because you went off the wrong amount....yes you read that correctly

      They offered me a credit card and years later I found out the card was collateral backed by my vehicle if that is not the definition of a loan shark I don’t know what is it’s just the point of why hide something like that no way would I have signed for a credit card they offered if it basically brought together another possession of mine

      5 point offered me a credit card then closed it with a balance on it now they’re literally ruining my credit
