  Worst bank ever! They want you to pull down your window at drive thru to see your face just to make a deposit! I can maybe understand doing that with withdrawal for security reasons, but not not deposits. Save yourself some frustration and bank somewhere else. Unbelievably sad and illogical banking rules.

  I love this bank. Their interest rate is lower than others on their credit card. Their representatives are courteous and professional.

  Great place ! Friendly , helpful staff. Greet you by name & thank you when you're transaction is complete. Always ask if there is anything else they can help you with. Once transactions are completed.

  This is a great place and convenient located. The staff is great and very polite and it is the main Credit Union the one that started them all and they are Located all over the Golden Triangle and surrounding areas.. . I been with this Credit Union since it was Texaco Federal Credit Union way back in the late 80s early 90s.........

  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CREDIT UNION AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT PROVIDES. EVERYONE IS SO VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE THEY WERE TEXACO CREDIT UNION.

  Christine at the Groves location is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t assist with financial needs period. Will be closing both my accounts. These low reviews are very accurate.

  The drive thru location in Port Arthur is so slow and has always been and now with that being the only way to do transactions it is extremely frustrating. I never have this issue at any other branch.

  Terrible customer service! My Mom has been a member with alot of money in that CU and I took her in today to get her revised will notarized and they said they couldn't notarize each page, only a separate page. i called our attorney and she talked to them and she said she's never heard of that! We walked out very disappointed, now we've got to drive 30 miles to the attorneys office and get it done! Very sad to treat a 90 year old that way!

  Christine at the Groves branch could NOT have been more rude. I've been considering changing banks for a while... this may have just done it. Hope your life gets happier, Christine.
