Brendan Toton5I've been with this bank for, like, fifteen years. They've always been incredibly helpful and understanding for all of the various phases of my life so far. They've really helped me build and maintain some credit, and always offer great interest rates. I love the flexibility of having a small town bank while also now having the perks of having a larger bank with an app and online banking. The tellers are always friendly, many of whom I've known for years. Never had any substantial problem.

Lee M2I did not have good experience with the mortgage dept. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten a better offer and experience with another lender. The homebuying process is stressful enough you would think they would do something to make easier instead they offered zero guidance and responses were often curt.

William Walker2Great bank, but the ability to get a question answered quickly (which I needed) and trying to call in is a major fail. 4Front Board, add more staff to answer phones. Sorry, but it is really not member friendly to have an automated service drop you into a non-answered ringing phone.

Nicole Van1I had a simple question but one that isn’t answered on their website. Tried to call and was put on hold and disconnected twice and the third time the phone just rang and was never answered. 20 minutes later I gave up, pretty bad customer service if you ask me.
