  Non flexible NSF fees. Wrote a check out of account for local football team mulch sale and used wrong account by accident. Was nailed with $38 NSF fee. Called and spoke to manager about waiving fee for first time courtesy. Manager checked with supervisor and they wanted to make us join some $35/yearly credit program. Completely greedy and unnecessary decision as most if not all banks give one-time courtesy fee waiver. Bank seems small time, poor management and focused on fees and not the customer. Will be taking our money and business elsewhere.

  The staff here are excellent! Carla is very helpful and always ready to assist me and my wife when we need assistance or have any questions regarding our account. Also, the other bankers are always smiling and showing good attitude when at their desks or helping us as well. Keep it up 1st!!!

  I think the customer service at this bank and branch is some of the best I have experienced would recommend very highly

  The people that work there are extremely rude. The ATM outside is always causing issues. The bank doesn't help, they are hateful and nasty and I am not sure how they have any business! RUDE RUDE RUDE
