  I love banking at 1st MS because they always help me in any way that they can. I've recommended so many family members to go through and refinance their loan at a better interest rate. Jared is my go to person. He's always helpful and professional. He answers the phone anytime that anyone calls. Most places you can't get an answer at. Definitely try to refinance with them or if you need a loan see my friends at 1st MS!

  I've banked with First MS for years. I love that I am able to use the mobile app to do pretty much everything I need, check my balance, transfer to savings, deposit checks. In the past, I've had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone but they seem to have resolved that issue as the last three times I've called, someone has answered and been very helpful.

  This been my bank for 6years now and still counting I just hate u can’t go in cause of the pandemic! Everyone there always smiling and when you have a question they always answer it one of the best bank I got with ! They loans are pretty decent there

  Service is terrible and the employees are very inconsiderate, vile and gave very smart remarks during the entire exchange. The teller continued to blame their mistakes on the CUSC and other credit unions with no show of accountability on there end for their ignorance. I have been into this bank and have done several transactions with them but on this day it was a issue on the same exact account that shows the only 2 people on it. We were both highly upset definitely will not be going back

  Went to deposit money, teller withdrew money instead (double) leaving my account negative, on a Friday. I can’t do anything about it until Monday, puts family in a bind.

  This bank is horrible.. when you walk in the people treat you like you're on their time.... not friendly at all... its always dry unless they know you... and its nearly impossible to just call and ask a question because you have to know who is in office.... instead of having a central answering service like meridian mitual... if you want a good bank that you feel at home at dont go to them... please try somewhere else... im closing my accout asap... tired of not be9ng able to get through to the people i need... oh and not to mention member services are the rudest people in thr building
