  My experience at First Franklin was great. I have a savings account here and they make transfers from other accounts incredibly easy and the customer service is fantastic. The employees are very respectful, friendly, and helpful.

  All of the staff at the Toccoa office have gone above and beyond to assist my family down through the years beging with my parents who were overseas missionaries and now my sister and her family who are overseas missionaries and I help them with their States side financial issues. Just today Kathy Palmer assisted me with getting more checks for them and made it so quick and easy. I highly recommend First Franklin for States side residence and overseas Americans.

  My late father was a long time customer. Being from Atlanta I've had the unique opportunity to compare the big city banks to the smaller town bank. The customer service is unparalleled. I've dealt with the same person for years. This does not happen in Atlanta. Nothing but positive things to say about FF. Thank you for your service.

  if I can give 0 stars I would for the Prairieville branch manager Sharon she was extremely rude, unprofessional & mocking. There is no way somebody in her position should be in charge of someone’s else well-being when it comes to collecting a debt or sending papers to courts for garnishments. the rest of the staff was extremely nice. That’s why I that got 1 star. Sharon is definitely a poor representation of the company. If those are the type of managers they have in place. Take your business elsewhere. I will never do business with 1st Franklin Finance again!
