Crystal Green1Half the time mobile banking and online banking doesn't work. I tried calling 5 times on my lunch break, pushed 5 no answer just dead silence. No live person to speak with. I also have Capital One banking and I have never had any problems with them, live person anytime. I got a credit union account to be able to deposit cash since that is the one thing I can't do with Capital One. I will have to find me another bank to deal with.

Larry Molnar1I am thoroughly disgusted with their service. Because they made a "technology change," I cannot make a payment over the phone. Worse, I cannot get a customer service representative on the phone for two days in a row. The website doesn't work either due to this change. I've been on hold again for over 20 minutes. Yesterday, I was on hold for about 20 minutes and then they said to leave a message. Really?? This is ridiculous and very poor service. I guess I need to move my loan since they clearly do not care about me as a long time customer. Update: 23 minutes on hold and then the call was disconnected. Unbelievable!!
