"I think that a person must make an appointment to transact everyday business inside the bank is ridiculous. Some in the area need that access. Enough with Covid. I live nearby, but have to go into Fayetteville and get issues resolved. Often, there is not time to make an appointment if there is a critical issue. Why have the bank at all? Just close and leave the ATM. AS a bank, we have encountered major fraud issues. This week will be the 3rd time we have had to change cards/ numbers this year. I am disabled and its difficult for me to get out often. I spent way more money because of using other credit cards. I will be switching banks due to too many fraud attacks. Apparently, my money is not safe with Arvest. I do not give out my numbers, pin codes, etc. I use only verified sites. IDK what the deal is, but its been a huge pain and EXPENSIVE on my fixed income. Id rather go back to cash than deal with this mess."
