This is the worst first commonwealth bank I've ever been to. The clerks heckle and harass you regardless of what your doing. Went to cash a paycheck, spent an hour waiting for the manager to tell me that they could cash it, other branches it was a three minute task. Went to get a withdrawal, even with an ID, bank card and account number, still have to supply a social security number among other things and answer a bunch of personal questions that aren't any of their business. Don't waste your time, drive a half hour into Indiana and go to a real branch for this bank. First commonwealth is a good bank, this branch is terrible."
