"I had pulled around the front of the bank building to enter the drive thru depository with the live teller at the rear of the building 3 minutes before their closing time. The gentleman inside, saw me pull around and i noted this due to him looking at me in the car. This was 4:57pm I was relieved that i had caught them in time since this is my only day off this week and i handled several personal appointments today. I had grabbed my check that i already had signed and reached for the canister in the pneumatic tube, then they closed the window on me and shut down. I pulled around to the front to find the bank doors already locked. He looked at me from across his desk and shook his head back and forth in a No gesture. Wow, it wasn’t 5pm yet! I work in a Service based industry as well and I would have felt terrible leaving a client the way I had felt today. I hope that next time you folks want to leave a little bit early, you would be willing to be considerate enough to consider the person on the other side of the door next time this happens."
