Our customer explained they are very nasty and rude and would try to draft money from you account before the due date. My finance manager asked nicely and professionally if we can get a copy of the customer's account history and Diane simply told us that she had to get permission from her manager but would call us back in 5 minutes. We even had our customer call them again and tell them she gave us permission to request information from her account. We called corporate office (looked it online) and we had to leave a message due to high call volume. We waited 30 minutes no call from Diane at the Fountain Inn location. We called back and she was very rude told us she couldn't release any information to us or to our customer. If you request information from you account you should be able to get it no matter what. We are so glad we were able to pay off this account for our new customer. Don't go to Always Money you will never pay them off and no one deserves to be mistreated."
