"I have been a loyal customer at the Chatham Trustco Bank Branch for about 2 years now. In February the branch was promoting an incentive. If you started a new direct deposit with trustco by March 1st you would receive $100. So I started direct deposit with them and my first deposit went in on February 17th. Almost 2 months later I still hadn't received my $100 or anything telling me about it. I went into the bank and asked about it. The head teller told me that I was deemed ineligible because my account was negative at the time of my first deposit which wasn't the truth. After leaving the bank I called the corporate office to get some answers. The bank manager at the time of starting the new direct deposit told me that i would receive my $100 incentive and that I did not need to open a new account. Needless to say Trustco Bank has lost a long time loyal customer and the free advertising they got from my family and myself."
