So this time, I decide to go INSIDE the bank as I make my monthly payment. I requested them to print me a log showing all of the payments that I have made, proving that I have made the payments and when I made the payments. This information was submitted to the credit bureau once again for the third time and I am currently waiting to see if Metro Bank will finally realize their mistake and fix it. All in all I would not recommend getting a loan through this bank. If a bank can’t report information correctly to the credit bureaus then there’s no point in offering loans."
