"We got stuck using this bank because the person we are selling our car to uses this bank. And let me tell you Martha is a loan officer that helped us file the paperwork for this deal. Is the rudest person I have ever had to do business with! Snappy rude, she will return your call 3 days later. It has now taken her 3 weeks to get this loan closed. She is unknowledgeable and will not take responsibility when she messes up she messed up on our deal costing me $100 extra, because of her sending me the wrong account number and bank info. She did not apologize but she did feel the need to send a rude email in all caps when I called her out on the mistake. I am going to be filing a complaint with the president or board of this credit union. This was totally unacceptable, and people should not be treated in such a manner.
