"I gotta laugh at these 1 & 2 star reviews. Intelligence plays a large part in knowing what is good or bad. Do your research people. Look to see just how many 5 star (via bankrate) there are in Texas. They have always been harder to get a loan from but that’s also what makes them a safe bank. They may be a little slow on catching up with technology being used now but that goes back to the safety involved. I live just down the road from the original location. My account has been there well over 2 yrs. I had 1 loan that was hard to get but got a good rate. The new people at this location are little stiff for the small town. I’ve been to and called 3 of the other locations and have never had a rude employee - and I’m a loud in your face woman! So this was my 2 ¢."
