"Drive thru is the only option for banking during these times. Fine, I understand that, although other banks in the area are allowing appointments. Hours have not been extended. Unbelievable how someone that works a normal 8 to 5 has no options to bank with these people. When I do get to leave early, I was denied at this bank location. I pulled up to the long line in the drive thru at 4:35, plenty of time to get in and out for 2 transactions. The line inched forward until about 5:02 at which point people were flying through. I get to the teller and they refuse service. Told me off as I requested to be able to do business as I was there before they closed. Here's my question, if the lobby was open and I was there before closing, would they really just tell me to get lost? Hard to believe. I am and have been incredibly disappointed in the customer service at this branch. I certainly hope they can turn things around as a few other TD Banks in the area have closed and force here and seabrook to be my only reasonable options for banking. So much for "The best service in banking"!"
