"Went by the model home with my husband and no one there, waited and assumed sales person might be showing a house to someone else. Went on to see all the other builders. When we finished viewing the model home we needed pricing info and we stood there watching her small talk with the hoa lady while blocking the front door, she still ignored us as we stared at her. We decided to just fumble through all the paperwork and look for the prices on our own (Saying I can’t find them loudly)... right in front of her. We did not end up finding the pricing info (this was obvious) and she still continued to watch us and small-talk while blocking the front door. So we decided to leave though the other front door, but we discovered there was no walkway to the sidewalk. We were forced to walk in-between the sales women and hoa lady in order to leave. It was so awkward. We excused ourselves between the two ladies and another worker and there was no Can I help you?, Do you have any questions ?, Have a nice day, Thanks for stopping by.....nothing, we were ghosts to her. It was obvious to two individuals with graduate degrees that this woman did not want to sell us a house. We are Spanish with a light complexion. Sad thing is, my husband and I had already picked a floor plan we liked with them and narrowed our future purchase down between this and one other builder.
