"The employees are very nice and professional with the exception and of the manager Tyler. He’s cocky, sarcastic and very arrogant. Further stated I’ll have a female in the office call you if need be instead of him. REALLY. YES I’ve fallen on hard times I’m behind $350 but in good faith I’m paying them what I can each month but that’s not good enough for them. I was with Harrison Finance for years until Tower Loan bought them out and my pay history was excellent but that doesn’t matter. Harrison Finance Manager’s never acted like he does. I can only imagine how he treats the employees he supervises. If you use Tower Loan May I suggest you avoid this branch and any contact with the manager."
