"I tried to used the Atm to withdraw cash. I am no an account holder at this bank but attempted to use it for my convenience as i needed cash in Mcloud & my nearest home bank is not in the area. The Atm not only kept my bank card, but also did mot issues the money i tried to withdrawl BUT removed the money from my account! Most people do not have hundreds of dollars to be sitting in limbo, possibly for up to 90 DAYS for your company's malfunction. & for me to be told there is nothing they can do is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. How about i take hundreds of dollars from your account & its MY FAULT & tell you to wait! Do NOT use banc first for any of your banking needs, apparently they like to steal money & not return it in a timely manner. & will notbown up to their own mistakes & reslove them in a timely manner."
