"Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever! Recently just moved to the area and was looking to open an account nearby.. Walked into the entrance to not be greeted or acknowledged for about 10 minutes. I finally built up the nerve to pick up one of their atm phones inside. I asked if i could buy a roll of quarters. The woman told me over the phone she wasnt allowed to let me trade her 10$ for 10$ worth of quarters. I had to be a "member". Incompetent, rude and clueless employees who judge you.
